These Terms govern access to the public website at singletonsd.com (the “Site”) operated by Singleton Software Development (“Singleton SD”, “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

The Site provides company information and links to schedule a Software Discovery Call. It does not create a client engagement by itself. Separate statements of work or contracts apply to paid services.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Site (including attempting to disrupt hosting, scrape aggressively, or access admin tools without authorisation).

4. Content

Site content is provided for general information. We may update or remove content at any time. Third-party links (including calendar booking) are governed by those providers’ terms.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from Site use.
